ok so our blackline Lci's were finally installed today, without any issues what so ever. No module , no harness or coding was required for either 08/09 car.. The only thing was one of my lights had a crack on it and was test fitted to make sure it worked on my car. The seller is sending out a new one!!. Anyway we took a few photo's here they are

Saweeeeeeeet!
What's the procedure going to be with the cracked light? You sending it back or just ordering another set and selling this one? Hehe option 2 sounds good huh ;-) |

vin sent the guy an email with detailed photos showing the crack, its not pretty , the crack is on the side of the light and is mainly hidden on the surface but it doesn't seal properly so moisture could get in...

Thank for the kind words guys. I'm really happy with how it turned out, not as dark as I expected but noticeably darker than standard LCI's. Loving it

From factory?! That's pretty cool! How much extra was it as an option?

The fact you can get these from BMW Aus should give us comfort in knowing HWP cannot defect the car for "tinted taillights", as they're ADR approved apparently. Sweet! |
