Nah, build date made it so it was going to be shipped this week sometime. All this based on dealer of course. To bad bmw.ca does not allow us to track production.
Thanks again Quote:

Hi guys, looks like i'm in the same boat, pardon the pun. My car was also on the Don Quijote; however, I'm getting little to no additional info from my customer advisor.
I'm shocked that it would take 14 days to go from Halifax to Vancouver but believe it or not, I was quoted the same time-frame and my dealership is in Toronto! How's everyone holding up? I survived the last 2 months but my patience is just about up now. |

Mine is up...and my dealer is full of it I'm afraid...no block heaters for this car like he originally promised in the deal.
Also...this tire shimmy thing is scaring the hell out of me... |

Same here... Mine will come in on Wednesday (at least suppose to), left Halifax Aug 3rd, that's exactly 2 weeks. I should be able to pick up the car by Friday.

JVFan, that tire shimmy is worrying me too. I attended an event in July where I got to test drive the e90 in various trim/option permutations at a closed circuit track and I don't recall feeling any shimmy. Of course, those test cars were probably in "exceptional" factory spec.
EvEr35 and swu, congrats on your cars getting "canadian citizenship". Mine supposedly landed on Aug 2 (discharged maybe on 3rd); however, I'm still waiting, albeit impatiently. Please keep us posted when you learn more about your car's status. Ii've been quoted the same transit time for Halifax to Toronto as JVFan has for Halifax to Vancouver. I'm no geography major, but i find that mightily strange. |
