If you order a 135i with steptronic but without the sport package, do you still get paddle shifters?

I'm in the market for a car and I "NEED" a 2008 128i with the Sparkling Graphite Metallic in MT. I live in southern California and I'm willing to fly out anywhere in the country to buy it. If there is a dealer that can look this up for me in their system, I would greatly appreciate it.

I would prefer no other options.

It sucks that BMW has discontinued this color because it's my favorite. I don't want to settle for second choice. Of all my car shopping experience, it has always been the color that dragged the experience on, and on...

On my last car purchase, I bought an AUTO with additional options I didn't really want just because it was the only one with the color I wanted. I loved the car otherwise and don't have much regret, but this time around I want to stick to my guns.

I found a SGM MT here in Cali, but it has additional options I don't need, like Sports package, heated seats, xenon, BMW assist, etc. Plz help me out. Thanks!

I have a question regarding pricing. I ordered my car 10 Aug 08, and it's scheduled to be at the dealership 7 Oct 08 (it's in NY right now). I invoiced it at $38,405 using the invoice price list on this website, and the MSRP on bmw.com is $42,225. Here are my options:

Monaco Blue Metallic
Savanna Beige Leather
Sport
Steptronic
Premium Hi-Fi
Ipod adapter

The dealer told me the actual invoice is 39,335 and that he'll split the difference with me between that and MSRP, giving me a discount of $1,445 (he's offering the car at $40,780).

1. Who's right about invoice pricing?
2. Is this a good deal on a MY09?

Thanks!

1. He could be correct about his invoice if he is in a market that has MACO fees & such. I guess I would sit down with him & compare how you got your respective numbers.

2. Same thing I told the other guys, it's a good deal if you think it is.

When can we expect to see 2009 lease offers on bmwusa.com? They currently offer leftover 2008 335i sedans for $469/month. Any chance we could see 135's for under $450/month?

Hello,
Any idea what's going on with the "Window Sticker Issue"? Is there a problem with the miles per gallon estimates? Is it delaying release of 2009 1ers from the VPC?

Hello,

I am new to posting on 1addicts, though I've been reading for a while now and would like to say that this is by far the most informative thread on this site, obviously due to the CAs. So thank you!

On to my questions: I'm looking to buy a new 135i and can get it in either DC area or in Wisconsin. Are there any differences in what state I buy it in, or should I just go with the dealer that has the best price? Also, I have a relatively small time frame where I would like it to be delivered/available. How early should I order the car in order to have it delivered when I need it?

Thanks for the help

I'm off today, but I will answer this one since it's affecting alot of people. There are some EPA certification issues (they need to be certified), it seems related only to the TT engines. I have 3 sold 335's and 2 135's all waiting at the VPC. They told us yesterday it could be until the 21st before those cars are done. Your cars could be quicker or longer. There are easily a few hundred or more cars down there right now. It sux, but nothing that your dealer can do about it.

I'll get the other questions tomorrow (unless someone else answers) Have a great day:smile:

Since the N54 has been sold and delivered in the US for two years now thats sorta closing the barn door after the critters exited, isn't it? More government strangeness, I say - could make the stock market crash ;-)

Hi guys, does anyone know what is financing rate for 2009 135i Convertibles from BMW FS? I see that 0.9% is for 2008's but there is nothing on 2009's.

My dealer quoted me 5.9% from BMW NA for my 2009 135 Cabrio. I am going with PenFed.

Hey i'm thinking of taking ED and leasing a 135 convertible going off the invoice pricing the car has come out to $43,990 (Premium, Sport, CA, PDC, NAV, Hi-Fi, iPod, Metallic Paint, Smartphone, Heated Seats, and Delivery and Handling) When i sat with a CA and he worked out payments on a 135 MSRP of $45,545 (selling price of $42,945 + 6% tax ($2576.70) + BMWFS Assignment 825.00 + tag and registration $270.00 + Cash Down Payment $2685.00. Making the total Capitalized Cost $43,931.70. Residual Value $31,881.50. 24 month Lease. Monthly Lease Charge .00295 ($223.65). Monthly depreciation $502.09 Monthly Payment of $725.74 with $3,410.74 due on delivery. Does that seem legit? Seems as though people are paying less per month on similar priced leases. Sorry for the novel post but am admittedly a noob when it comes to leasing, before i get completely flamed i have been reading up on it. Just hoping for some of your insights, since every lease option my CA has worked out has been right around $700 a month with 3-4K due on delivery.

The following 5 models have been CARB's process for several weeks: X5 3.0 & 5.0, X6 5.0, 550i & 650i- We expect CARB EO by end of this week

Group 2:

X6 3.0, 135i, 335i, 535i

The above 4 models have not yet recieved EPA Certificates... those are in porcess at EPA. Thus we would expect CARB EOs for these models approx 10/24

  1. probably wont see lease offers until November at best
  2. probably will not be under $450, unless they just are not selling. I'm thinking maybe a $489 price point
