BMW 1M Style Front Bumper Available for regular 1 Series?

Hey just wanted to share this product made by DTMFiberWerkz as many of you might be interested... Direct fit for regular 1 series. Thoughts?

Looks great, but I'd like to see some info on this pseudo-fiberglass that they mention on their website. With LTBMW working on a bumper that's rumored to be cheaper than this, I'd want somebody to tell me why this one is better.

I doubt that LTBMW is still working on anything. Check the thread that is up on the forum when last it was updated.

But they will not hesitate to tell you that if you want it now, you can get it for $1400.

I honestly believe that it is a lost cause waiting for them to deliver a 1m bumper for our group.

I guess you're probably right. I'm still holding on hope because they gave me a vague response on their facebook page a couple of days ago. And they did manage to produce a nice 1M bumper for the M3. But who know what that means...

The picture looks like the one on the Kerscher website. They are probably just a reseller.

I think it's just a matter of time until one the Chinese shops starts popping out the 1m bumper in PU for a cheap price. Look at the e90/92. A good fitting m3 bumper made of PU can be had for 350 and there are tons of them.

Are those usually made of a reasonably durable material?

there should be a link of an old thread where someone had virtually overhauled their 135-to-1M exterior. i think its still recent.
