In/Out Sports mode?

Just want to be comfortable with this. Is it alright, on a DCT, to move the shift lever to the "sport" mode and press the "sport" button while the car is in motion? Say I am going around MPH can I switch to full (gear lever and button) sport mode and back say after reaching 90MHP?

You're not actually affecting anything in the transmission that it wouldnt see anyways. Its fine.

Thank you for your comments. I now will feel better when I do this. I like to go sport mode when entering the express ways. But after I get up to the speed, 70~80, I like to go back to normal operations. Thanks again.
