Central NJ Chipped N54 Owners

Anyone in the central NJ, preferably princeton/hamilton area want to co purchase a BT Tool with a few vins? I would like to have one of these at my disposal but I see no reason not to co buy one since it comes with multiple user licenses. I had my Jb3 installed at AK autowerks so they can vouch for me as a legit guy. Let me know if anyone has any interest in this.

Just buy a basic BT from BMS with a single user license for $150 and call it a day. Or buy the enthusiast with three licenses for $287, and sell it for around $200 when you're done with it. I have seen that "VIN sharing" never works out.

i think buying the single user cable yourself would be the best option...unless the other dudes are co-operative...As another NJ guy that works about 10 minutes from AK autowerks...i chatted on line with them about doing some mods for me and possibly the JB about a 3 weeks ago....i am hoping to use them as well..Did you find there work satisfactory? And is the JB all it's made out to be...My ONLY concern with that tune is being detected at the dealership when they scan the ECU for codes or boost pressure readings....does the cable allow you do hook it up to a laptop and clear all existing codes if any as well as any damaging info on the ECU readings that may alert BMW techs if they are looking for it???? God knows BMW looks for everything on this ECU..I have heard recently that BMW is looking "harder" for mods than ususal....so i am still on the fence about engine moding.

terry wont sell the BT basic single vin version unless its in a JB3 package. I have no use for 3 vins (who would ) so I guess i ll be paying per usage at AK Motorwerks.
