Engine squeak/squeal (belt noise)

I have only 16xxx miles on my 128i, bought it new with 4. Anyways, since it's gotten cooler down here in texas, I've noticed with my heater off, windows up, and my car under load between 1300 to 1900rpm, it makes a squealing noise that sounds almost like belt slip... taken it to the dealer 3 times in the last 4 weeks and they claim they "can't duplicate" the noise... but yet when a tech rides with my, they hear it... then once they've wasted my time, I get told they are clueless.... any ideas?

Go to another dealer. If it's under warranty, get them to fix it.
