Contemplating a 2011 N55 Alpine White 135i

Hi guys, hope you can help me out of this dilemma!

I'm contemplating to buy a 2011 n55 135i from a friend of mine. He bought it new with PPK stage 2, genuine carbon lip spoiler, carbon mirror and carbon diffuser. It's alpine white with terra brown interior and it's mostly not driven at all. After nearly 5 years the clock is only 15k kms. It does not come with idrive but does come with front and rear sensor. Service is always spot on from BMW dealer.

Honestly, u cant fault the car from any aspect. However, he's asking $50k, while car valuations show the value of the car should be around $33k-$38k (with 70k km and 40k km on the clock respectively).

Do u guys think it's worth the money? For what it is, I think i would only pay $40-$42k at most, knowing that the car is so good. I would've though $50k is a crazy price, and $45k is a bit too much.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks guys

He wont sell it for that, especially with it being 2011.

I bought a 2011 DCT with PPK for $36k from a dealer with 45000, no way is 30000 kms worth $14k.

yea, I'm looking at another one now, asking price is $45,500. 2013 model with PPK, nice looking one, but unfortunately already driven 50,000km. It the price is around 38-40k, i'll bite the bullet

@ $50K the car is close to half price from new, he would have driven out of the showroom no less than $85K with that spec.
If you're squabbling about the price then I suggest to buy a new Golf GTI with warranty.

I bought my 11 dct off a mate 2 1/2 years ago with 11 k on the clock for 47k.
Same stuff without the lip and diffuser or ppk.
Ppk is no big deal when MHD is available and my ebay diffuser was cheap and looks sick.
I'd say 40k is more like it.

just bought a 135i 2011 n55 with most of the bells and whistles including catted downpipe, carbon diffuser, painted callipers, performance rotors, afe stage 2 intake, ppk1. down side is that it has 100+km, upside is that most of the problems have been fixed / full service history and it costs little over half of $48k he asked.
