Help on Part Name/Number

I've searched RealOEM but need some help identifying a part.
My car, 2011 128i, came to me without most of the underfloor panels/covers and I am putting together the list of parts I will need to buy. I think I've identified everything - it's kind of hard without being able to see one with all the panels to compare to mine - but there is one part in the RealOEM diagram that is pictured but not listed in the parts listing so I don't know what it is called or what the part number is. It is circled in red on the diagram - it is a smallish piece that, I think, connects to the rear bumper cover. TIA!

There is also a version for without hitch. That is what I have ordered.

I don't know - I bought it this way. It appears to have been rode hard and put away wet a few times in its life. I'm helping it get over its past trauma.
