So when I loaded the beta stage1 aggressive map, the car would not boost past 4-6psi. Something is not right because the sports map works great. So I sent the log to cobb and Jason@ cobb emailed me back a revised map (v401 ) rather quickly. Re-flashed the car and it's working fine now. The V4 maps are definitely smoother and more drivable.

Correct me if I'm wrong but if you get your car dyno-tuned doesn't that mean you will lose your tune if you get a SW update? Also, if it's anything like the DMS tune it might be on the conservative side it's worthwhile checking that out too.
Also, I would think any new (significant) performance mods to the car would require a complete retune to get the most of it and to ensure it's running properly. This is ideal for dontask's car that has the full blown works, RB turbos etc, and won't need any new performance mods anytime soon. |

And yes if you want to get every single performance gain from your new mod a dyno tuned would be best. Once ATR (the free version of ATP for single user) is out though you can do all this for free if you are ballsy enough to play around the DME yourself |

It is tempting as I'm always driving past Mercury Motorsport. They've got a few beasts in their workshop and I've seen some of their builds which are epic. I don't like being the guinea pig though lol

Btw, think I'll be in Perth for a couple days in July. Should catch up and take me for a spin so I can see your beast |

I agree with the guy. How was that different to the Dyno Day thread? Both are organising an event outside of the forum with non-vendors. Though if selling a COBB product ('at a discounted price') while not being a vendor is the issue here, then I can understand.
