I have this hood and Love it. I have had it for about a year and it took me a while to track one down and many people have tried to buy it off me. |

cf hood
I have a Vis cf hood that look like the Vorsteiner.
I think mine is a 2x2 but single side only. Is one better than the other, or are they both similar quality. thanks |

Is your hood 1x1 on the vents and 2x2 on the rest of the hood? the vorsteiners are. Not too sure about fitment comparisons, I have seen a few Vis hoods installed that had too much fender gap. I dont necessarily attribute that to the hood though, as you can adjust your fenders inward to close it.

hood gap/fender

However, you are right. The gap between the fenders and the hood is a bit too large. Is it complicated to move the fenders inward to reduce the gap. And by reducing one gap you probably create another one somewhere. I dont know, i'm just asking.... thanks for your help. |
