Another Dynolicious run.

This run was done with traction off on stock run-craps. Let me say that first gear is useless, I spin the whole way through it and can not lock up. So, I feel that I could get the time down a bunch with some stickier rubber on the rear. My 60 foot time blew.

Now for the numbers.
0-60 - 4.73
60 foot - 2.56 @ 28.8 (ouch)
peak accel. - 0.70 g's
peak HP - 376

Let me know what you all think.

Seems like the hp numbers are more accurate than the last run you did. Did you mount the iphone differently this time?

I tried rubber banding it to the rear view mirror and it didn't work to well haha. So, I just locked my elbow and held it. If you lock your elbow I feel that it works fairly well.

it will fit nice and tight in your driverside door on the little elevated rubber pad. it squeezes in a bit but works

That works. But I think I have found the cheapest way to get accurate times. Get yourself one of those "livestrong" type bracelets, put it long ways on the iphone then put it around your rear view mirror. It works great. Make sure to remember to put the mirror straight becuase it is most likely tilted toward you a small amount.

Why dont you put the iPhone in the iPod holder and stuff the remaining space with tissue or something?

You talking about the pouch on the underside of the arm rest? If so, that's close to impossible becuase you have to physically see the iphone to press start, and after you press start any movement will start the run.

Yea they do, but I am trying to ball on a budget as they say.

The bracelet way works like a dream though. Try it out guys
