Easiest and most affordable way would be to get 12V heated seat pads and place them on top of your seats. Something like this should work...

If you want to actually remove your existing seats and replace them with actual heated BMW seats, wiring up the whole thing to little switches on the console, that will cost a bundle and a half. I guess there's a third option. You could perform surgery on your existing seats to insert heating elements inside. Peace... Mack

Carbon fiber mesh inserts have been around for a few years, I think 3M orig designed this technology but don't see the name branded version. Plenty options on Amazon
