Vishnu Procede install help

Hi guys

Bought a used tune off ebay a week ago and got around to installing it today. It caused a service engine light and also seemed to not give any butt dyno gains. The tune came with a key fob that has a on and off button. Not sure if this is causing the issue but my gut feeling is that this is the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Got the tune working yesterday no warning lights. It was raining most of the day so traction was an issue. On my way to work I got on it on a road that is always empty. I got up to about 80~90mph and was VERY impressed with the performance. The car shifted into second so hard it locked up my seatbelt. I then felt a huge surge in the power. The engine started to sound hollow... What gives? I got to work turned off the car. I let it sit thinking perhaps its just overheated. I started the car up about an hour later and had a service engine light and the car went into limp mode. I had a buddy come over today and we uninstalled the tune thinking that was the issue. After the tune was taken out I decided to look at the charge pipe. It turned out to be broken! So now I can re~install the tune and now need a stronger charge pipe. pics of a few things to come.

Update

Quick update on the car. Charge pipe blew up(first pick) and I replaced it with a COBB charge pipe. They sent me out one (very quick shipping.) and I tried to put it on... No such luck! I knew it can be a tricky part to fit on and required some force. No matter how hard I muscled this part around it was not going to fit. I contacted COBB and they sent me out a replacement pipe right away and it went on without a problem. I'd highly recommend the COBB charge pipes they look really great and it gives the car a little bit more throttle response and louder intake/diverter value sound.

The last pic is the on/off key fob that I received with the tune.

As one of the other members sudjested I have contacted Vishnu/Procede performance to see if they can help out.

Look forward to getting that tune back on and getting that nice chunk of power back!
