SES light on: Help me decipher these fault codes...

2008 135i convertible (E88), 42k miles. Suddenly two weeks ago SES turns on. One time, limp mode turns on (disappeared thereafter). Car feels perfectly normal.

Today I was finally able to read the fault codes:

Trouble Codes

U0101: Lost communication with TCM
P0B01: Auxiliary transmission fluid Pump motor Phase U Current Low
P2302: Ignition coil A secondary Circuit
P2122: Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch D Circuit Low
P2127: Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch E Circuit Low
P2649: A Rocker Arm Actuator Control Circuit High Bank 1

Pending Codes

P0801: Reverse inhibit Control Circuit
P0B01: Auxiliary transmission fluid Pump motor Phase U Current Low
P2302: Ignition coil A secondary Circuit
P2122: Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch D Circuit Low
P2127: Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch E Circuit Low
P2649: A Rocker Arm Actuator Control Circuit High Bank 1

So....
1. It looks like some sensor/switch near the accelerator pedal needs to be checked
2. What is "Ignition coil A secondary circuit?"
3. Something is wrong with "Auxiliary transmission fluid pump"
4. No idea what the "Reverse inhibit control circuit" or "Rocker arm actuator control circuit" are, either...

Note: This output was generated by the free iOBD2 iOS app. Perhaps the code explanations are incorrect?
Appreciate any help.

So many codes I suspect a "global" power issue. How new is the battery? You should have it load tested, if it checks out then the alternator.

If you have the BMW extended warranty use it and go by a dealer ASAP. Car may feel totally normal, but if you ignore it, you could be destroying something you would never know about.

Or if you live near a good Euro Auto Garage.

Either way, unless someone on here gives you a legit, correct answer, it's nothing to mess around with.

Yes, the battery has never been changed and I'm guessing it's near its end of life.

It's an 08 so 5 years on the battery is pretty good. You could have it load tested at any auto parts store. The only reason I suspect the battery/alt is you have lost comm, low current etc.
