Winter mats
Want to try these for winter purposes. Has anyone tried them?
http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/brows...n#BVRRWidgetID They seem to hold slush and water well? Or maybe not? I tried the WeatherTech stuff but I had to return it cuz my clutch keeps getting stuck on it. Thanks for your input.

Have not tried them but a word of caution when buying aftermarket "universal" car mats: make sure the outside lip does not rest on the gas pedal or clutch. These ones look to be narrower on the top right hand side and supposedly the description indicates they can be trimmed. I just found that it was difficult to find mats that didn't interfere with the pedal operation in our car.
If they work out for you please let us know. I got weathertec mats which fit very well and have cutaways for all the pedals but they are not very deep and I find that water could spill over the sides a little bit. |

Someone on here said that Weathertech may have recently redesigned their DigitalFit Floorliners. I also have a 2011 135i 6MT, and I ordered these just before Christmas. It doesn't catch on the clutch at all and it removes easily for dumping out water. You may wish to give them another shot???
