My crazy story of something similar...

I had a older 88 Turbo RX-7 I had just picked up from a performance shop after having a fresh motor put in it. 10 miles down a major 6 lane road (three lanes northbound and three lanes south with a median in between). Some lady in a Dodge Durango turns out of a restaurant parking lot across two lanes and hits me in the far lane next to the median. Smashes in my passenger door and the whole rear quarter panel of my car. We pull over I get out to make sure she is okay. First thing she says to me is "I had my blinker on!"... I just got back in my car and called the police.

I hope everything works out for you man.

So the update to this is this:

Lost my job today due to missing to much work. Stuck going to the Chiropractor for 7-8 weeks... and my lawyer says I have a pretty good case. Even more so now that I lost my job due to this crap. (Working as an IT Contractor for the government has it's ups and downs)

wow, glad you are okay.

If you want to be unique and dont wish to track your car, dont do wide body/1m. Just replace fenders as needed or do the S-mann vented fenders and get the 1m look from end.cc , kersher, DTM fiberworks etc. They all cost different so do some research.

hope you get to drive your BMW soon
