I want to see it in sapphire black! Since black is my favorite color, for me is a no brainer. Nevertheless both AW and VO look just gorgeous!

Wouldn't that be a nice surprise on the final option sheet!

As much as I like white, I think the AW on the 1///M doesn't do it enough justice. VO is the way to go IMO. Somehow the white appears taller, and the lack of CF roof would bother me personally a lot more on the AW than on the VO.

It looks good, but AW really washes out all the beautiful lines of the 1M. So far, VO is my favourite, although I'm not used to be a guy who drives an orange car.

But man, I finally wanna see a BSM 1M... come on, I really can't wait and I'm getting impatient...

I would do anything to have one of these.... I just started working for a BMW dealership and the discount puts a car like this in reach for me. Only if I haddent committed to the 335 that I own now in the manner which I have. Whatever it takes... AW works for me. Sunroof would would be nice though! I recently fell in love with the 1 series after a drive in a 135 with M package. The N55 would work for me as a compromise. I know its not a real M car but it offers more in the way of handling, refinement, and performance than my tuned 335. Never thought I would go for the 1....until I drove one...

Somewhat of an off-topic question, but since we're talking colors, does anyone know how much it would cost to have a quality paint shop repaint the car to Monte Carlo Blue? And would that be an utterly stupid move, to repaint a new car?

Those are some really flared fenders! I am not a big fan of the 1er, but really like the 1M!

whats with the orange interior stitching on the AW?

it made sense to me when color matching the VO exterior but looks really bad on the AW imho... especially with the tri colored m stitching on the wheel... too many thread colors going on here

I personally love the subtle orange stitching on the interior, it's not too in your face but it makes it more unique.

Any small amount of bold colour with white and black will always be a win - IMO anyways!

Thanks for your input. You realize many of us 1er owners feel the same way about the saggy diaper on the back of the 3er? Yet most of us manage not to post about it on the 3er board.

I happen to like AW here, and prefer it to VO and since I'm not a fan of SB, suppose this would be the color I'd take.
