1M rear quarter flare section available?

Hello,
Does a fiberglass or sheet metal product exist that replicate 1m rear quarter flare that can be riveted/glued and molded into 135/128 quarter?

There should be cheaper alternative then buying the actual 1m quarter to cut out the flare section. I could not find it using search, could someone guide me in the right direction?

Not for less money than the OE partial rear quarter. No good solution.
