This is not a photo either. I was going off of this picture. Since I have never seen this color in person, I don't have much to base it off of.

That picture is taken from the bmw.de configurator. BWM is an available color.

it's at least as good an image as we can have for now until someone buys one and gets some photos.

I've seen it in person, virtually a dead ringer for the Ferrari color "Grigio Alloy"

Can't say "Ferrari" without pics, can we?

Blue Water is a TOUCH darker, but very similar

It's a difficult color to photograph, but very similar to the Ferrari color I posted if you've ever seen that. It has more depth than you'd expect, and looks quite different in different light/from different angles.

I took some of the blue color out to more closely match the Ferrari color. Still looks HOT! :thumbup:

That's silverstone 2 on a cloudy day. It looks similar to that, but more blue. I had an X3 loaner for a few days that was Blue Water Metallic. It's very much a powder blue.

Yes. Better with less blue. The yellow lenses are cool, but how about trying without them...

BTW, I will be down in West Palm Beach tomorrow through Sunday filming the Supercar weekend and then off to Belize for 3 days so if I don't respond to this post until Thursday of next week I am not ignoring you guys! This color is really starting to grow on me. I can't wait to see it in person! :roundel:
