E82 tweeters...n...stuff

Hey guys I have been searching but I never got a straight answer for this...

Essentially I wanted to seek help on both of these topics..and before I start I have the BMW professional audio (no tweets and 2 sorry ass underseat sadness') LOL

1) I dont have tweeters in the sails factory however where can I get the sail pods that I can actually mount the tweeters (preferably not too much IMO)

2) where do you guys who have done the speaker upgrade get your adapters to fit the "bigger" 4" components IE(Morel Virtus (or ovations..) / CDT HD's or CLs)

....I have asked around at spots like musicarnw but I can't justify having to buy a 1500+ kit when I just need the parts specified lol....any and all help is appreciated

lol well I figured I can run the HK tweeter pods...but now the question lies...where to purchase the adapters for the speakers

As for the sail panels, you might check the "Real OEM" site or one of the vendors here to get them. There's a chance the tweeters mount to the sails and that's that. I've seen it before. Maybe not of course, but a chance, could be worth a look. If not I'd suspect that you can get the mounts as well.

Also I'd be willing to bet the MusicarNW would a-la-carte a few items for you. A sale is a sale. Worth a call to them.

Just some ideas.

yeah I gotchya.... I checked with real oem and from the pix it looks like the tweeters mount into the sail panels so for 70 bucks I may just get those. I talked to ken from musicarNW and he keeps pushing me to get the package (when all I need is the brackets). I was hoping someone on the forums could just sell me the adapters -__-
