**********s | Active AutoWerke Short Shifter Kit E82/E88 135i

Hello Everyone!

Tire of your OE shifter? Are you dreading having to throw and pull the length of a baseball field just to shift into the next gear? Don't want to look at your OE shift knob anymore? NO MORE WORRIES GUYS! Active Autowerke has released their Short Shifter Kit (SSK).

Improve your shifting speeds, while using less effort with an Active Autowerke Short Shift Kit. A short shift kit decreases the length of the shifter, decreasing the distance you need to move for each shift. The decreased distance directly translates into quicker shifts, and easier driving. All pieces used in the Active Autowerke Shift Kit are precision machined, and race tested to ensure they stand up to all street driving conditions. The lower components of the shift kit are crafted from CNC-machined stainless steel. Decrease shifting effort, while increasing shifting speed with an Active Autowerke Short Shift Kit.

Benefits
  • Quicker, more precise shifts
  • Decreased shifting effort
  • High quality, race tested construction
  • Height adjustable
  • No welds, no plastic
  • Active Autowerke shift knob included
Active Autowerke Shift Knob The signature Active Autowerke Shift Knob is included with your new short shift kit. The heavyweight 8.25 oz. knob vs the 3.25 oz. BMW knob gives the system a true performance feel.

Can the factory shift knob be used with this setup? I like the idea of a little heavier knob, but I like the interior of my car to look completely stock, and I like the way the //M knob looks in there.

Yes, you can use you're factory shift knob with the SSK. Let us know if you have any other questions or needs?

Short shifter Kits are so nice for the 135i.
