Waiting for the 2-series and M2.... 2014/15?

I don't understand what this is...is it a package on the already exisiting 2012 or are we looking at the 2013 1? I thought the design was going to change to the recently released european design and be rebadged a 2...or is this just a stop gap?

Either way glad I picked up a 2012...not liking the new european design...renders here

I remember seeing the E46 M3's in Carbon Black...

I am also waiting for 2013, 235 or a M2. They are just pushing out all the remaining stock with these added cosmetics like they did with the 3 series just before they announced the new model.

Yeah this is pretty typical for a car company to try to squeeze out some last remaining interest before launching a new model.

Very nice...especially like that contrast stitching on the seats. Have to say, though, that it looks a lot like my wife's 128i Cabrio with 18" Alufelgens and the M-Sport package in space gray over gray Boston...

They are talking about the hatchback models that have never been, and won't be, available in the US.

I realize these are not available in the US, and I also realize there are no plans to release them here. I am still interested in seeing the official information from BMW.

All of the thing described in the edition sports model are everything in my 2012 135icic that I purchased last week. Interestly enough was the only one like it at the deaership and was buried in the middle of 40 cars. It took the salesman almost an hour just to get to the car so I could test drive it. Having the DCT, steptronic and auto as well as all of the cosmetics are just pure fun. No mods needed!
