All of that modification and they keep stock brakes? They're doing it wrong.

The car weighs 2540 pounds.. I think the stock brakes should suffice for such a reduced weight.

The reduced weight and cooling make the stock brakes viable but I would have figured they would have at the very least changed to stainless steel pistons and different rotors.

More so very surprised that the brakes were kept stock considering the rest of the work done.
