New jack pad tool from Reverse Logic under $25 including shipping

Reverse Logic is now offering a new simpler design of the jack pad tool for the BMW chassis. The block and base are clear anodized 2024 aluminum which is stronger than 6061 aluminum. The 52mm length and 30mm width of the block is the same as the block used on our modified Torin jack stands. However the height is just under 19mm. So this jack pad tool will also fit the Nissan GT-R and a few Mercedes chassis which use the W221 jack point.

The new tool, model MV52-30-19 does not incorporate the Silicone plugs. It uses one M10x1.5 bolt to attach the block to the base. I prefer the two piece design since I can share the bases across my Audi, BMW, GT-R, and Mercedes tools. This design also uses a minimum amount of material compared to one piece designs machined from a solid piece of aluminum. The central bolt allows the tools to be configured with a stem for use with floor jacks which have removable saddles or some four-arm lifts. I currently offer the stems in 30mm and 35mm diameters and will be adding a 25mm diameter stem in the near future.

Unlike our R50 chassis specific tool the new tool fits *all* BMW chassis with an integrated vehicle jack pocket in the jack point.

Here's a couple of photos showing a 25mm pin installed on the bottom of our multi-vehicle jack pad tool. Using the pin allows the tool to be used with the floor jack saddle removed to get a little more clearance between the chassis and the jack.

The pins are available in 25mm, 30mm, and 35mm diameters.
