BMW Radio Problem please help!!!!!! (VIDEO!!)

I have had a problem with my radio for sometime. The radio jumps from station to station which is extremely irritating and sometimes its so bad you really need to turn it off.

You can see from the video what I mean.

I recently took this to my dealership and they told me this is normal and whats happening is the car is searching for the strongest frequency. However you can see from the video that I have the radio on manual so what frequency I set it at it should stay.

Surely this isn't possible for this to be normal please offer me your thoughts!

Does the radio act that same way if you save a preset station and select that station? Try to program a station (hold down #1-6 while you're on the station you want). If it does, something is definitely wrong with the head unit and you should take the car back in and show them that happening
