Both cars look great. The E82 looks slightly better than the E46 though.
I have experienced many lowered BMW's in my family (E30 M3-brother's, and E36 M3 dinan: dad's. My E30 is lowered too (2x) on Sachs Sporting set kit and now sports a complete H&R setup (H&R bars, treehouse cabs, m3 ctrl arms, etc,etc). These 3 are obviously not new cars.. With a relatively "NEW" BMW: If i lowered my $43k 128i convertible I'd be soo nervous to mess it up with rubbing /scraping stuff , etc. I can't and won't lower or mess with my car untill paid off or out of warranty #but hey that's just me. NBD.
