Peter Pan BMW (San Mateo)

Every time I visit that place I feel totally ignored. When gf and I were there while she was shopping for the new car we had to run across the whole building looking for the salesman to show us a vehicle. Needless to say she ended up buying Mercedes few days after.

The internet agent was not really welcome either, e-mail responses were 2-3 days late and looked like he was just sending same template letter to several people.

On the bright side, Robert McCuskey whom I accidentally got forwarded over the phone was really welcome and helpful. I would suggest talking to him if you really decide to go with Peter Pan BMW.

Anyway I ended up placing my order at different dealership, because they gave me good priority date.

.
They are not too aggressive or helpful in sales there, and at the same time I have found them pricey. That said I have found the service dept to be very helpful and do a good job. Given I live near by I wish I could get my car there. George

There are plenty BMW dealerships within an hour drive from San Mateo, for example Concord BMW. It is bigger and can afford less profit per car because of volume.
