curiosity of bmw optioned 135i's

did anyone end up getting the pro nav HK system but in manual here?

with the DCT people bmw seemed to have shipped it decked out with specs, however manual versions got the simple 6 speaker setup with business nav. The daily commute in traffic always got me wondering if i were to swap the DCT for a manual i'd have to pick up the 1m.

I've got pro Nav CIC Nav n54 manual 2010, didn't tick HK sound though, have done alpine instead.

I had the Alpine retrofit kit in my 135i, it's a big step up from the Hi Fi system.

I've got pro nav + logic 7 (HK equivalent I believe) in my manual 135i but its CCC and not CIC.. the older iDrive system

Guess it all depends on who originally bought the car. I would think most people who bought the MT might be wanting more of a pure car, rather than one decked out with options. Because as i understand, the Pro Nav and the HK are optional extras

it took me ages to find a manual n55 with HK & professional nav.. but i'm glad i waited for the right one!

Yep, it was an option in Aus.

On the base 135's we got a lot more stuff than what the US got, electric seats, leather (they had that faux stuff), xenon's etc. But they got a 'moon roof'/sunroof as standard.

I guess it depends on the market, they try to make theirs as cheap as possible to compete against all the others so they skipped on a lot of gear we got as standard.
