Need info on removing the speed limiter on a 2013 135i

I suggest a 10 lb sledgehammer applied with a strong swing directly to the top of the ECU. That should effectively remove not only the top-speed limiter, but also the zero-speed limiter, and everything in between.
It is an exceptionally effective tool for removing unwanted features from your car.
