AW 135i with Performance Parts in Switzerland
Had my car for around 2 months now, and very happy so far
I finished the break in pretty quickly, on a nice trip from Geneva down the route Napoleon (roads made by God!) to the south of France, along the cote d'azur, then back through les Gorges du Verdon (Grand Canyon of Europe), and back to Geneva on the route Napoleon again. Here's a few pictures during the break in: This road, called route des cretes is amazing I then installed some performance parts (mirror covers, rear spoiler, ssk, pedals), with 15% window tints. Together with my friends black 135i with Mt. Blanc in the background All performance parts came from Tischer (getbmwparts.com): friendly service, and great prices :w00t: Just waiting for the carbon diffuser now - which has been on backorder for 10 weeks I installed all of the parts myself, and only the SSK proved to be a headache - just because I didn't realise in advance that I'd have to drop the exhaust, and a lot of the undertrays/heat shields to exchange the shift arm. It was worth it though - as the throw is much shorter now, and feels a lot sportier. After the diffuser I need to think about KW V3, and 18" CSL replicas (which don't seem to be available yet in 18x8.5 + 18x9 ?) with semi-slicks - then off to some race tracks  |

Pics are up. Very jealous of your fabric/leather combo seats. I'd love to be able to order the black/red fabric combo with AW. But nooooooo, in the US we only get leather.

I want brushed aluminum. It's one thing BMW doesn't manufacture it and it's another that they do but don't offer it in the States.

Do you mean the Sensatec material when you say letherette ?When I drove one recently which had the cloth/Sensatec material it fooled me into thinking the sides were leather.
