1 series need for prototype wheel test fitment (BAY AREA)
We're looking for two 1 series vehicles to be used for a prototype wheel test fitment and photographs to show off proper fitment. One of the cars should be bone stock. The other car MUST have camber plates and coilovers.
No drive testing besides parking lot driving needs to be done as we do not have a complete set. Just want to check for rubbing. We have a single front and rear wheel. Wheels are 18x8.5" et38 and the rear is 18x9.5" et62. This is a track oriented setup, allowing the most rubber in the rear possible due to the correct 1 series offset. We have 7 tire sizes at our disposal for testing. This would be done sometime next week most likely. These wheels are in relation to the wheels being developed for a GroupBuy as seen in the wheel/tire section and commercial section. FYI: we are also looking for an e92 m3 to test out our 18x9.5 and 18x10" track setup. |

That would be perfect. I live in Danville, but we would most likely be doing the test fitment at the new Performance Technic BMW shop that is opening in Pleasanton. They should have some room for us to mount wheels. We can't do it at my house anymore since i took my floor jack to my Livermore place.

you guys should contact br racing. their shop car has ast 5300 and vorshlag camber plates. I know they were looking for a set of wheels that'll let them put bigger tires up front. (they're looking for a square setup to combat the understeer)
