Spintech Mufflers?

Has anyone run Spintech mufflers on a 1er? (Specifically an n55).

I know they are popular among the lsX platform, but wondering how they'd sound with the n55.

I had one on my Focus. Really didn't do much to quiet the exhaust and didn't change the obnoxious sound at all ... I had a bullet (round) style.
I'd call them a gimmick more than anything.

If you want a decent smaller muffler look to the Dynomax bullets.

Sorry, should've been more specific in my original post. I was referring to their Sportsman or ProStreet mufflers, which are a more "traditional" muffler rather than a straight through bullet.
