No unfortunately the VB3 does not come with the offsets to fit the 1er readily in the 19 inch fitment, only 18 inch.

Unfortunately the VB3 fitment is only available in the following, which should work on the 1er.

18x8 ET45 front
18x9.5 ET45 rear.
