Recommend a PA (Philly area) or S. Jersey Dealer for Service

I've had my 135i vert for a few weeks now. I purchased it from Open Road BMW in Edison, NJ as a demo. Probably won't be taking it there for service as they are well over an hour away from me and the few times I've spoken to them on the phone I don't get that warm and fuzzy feeling. Has anybody had continued positive experiences with dealers in my area? The Mt. Laurel and Fort Washington dealers are probably the closest to me.

Also, as mentioned, I purchased my car as a demo with about 6K miles. I called Open Road BMW service about a week ago to get copies of any paperwork related to service, recalls (HPFP...), TSBs, etc... and they said I have to physically come up there and speak with the service manager to obtain copies of any documents related to service performed on my vehicle. Is this normal?

BMW of Mt. Laurel in NJ is pretty good. I've not had any experience with service centers in PA either. As long as the car is under warranty, you can pretty much go wherever you like.
