I purchased my car from Prestige in October.
It was an easy sale for them, I called and gave told them what I was looking for, they had it in stock and I made an appointment to go see it. The salesman was nice, and he knew exactly where to take you for a test drive and knew enough about the car to pass, remember I was getting all my info from this forum so I probably knew more than he did. I purchased the alarm and had it installed before delivery. I showed up to pick the car but there was a delay because they were having trouble programming it, the sales manager came over and apologized and said I could go down to the parts area and pick something out, I got the BMW umbrella. The next day the car was ready, I picked it up and it was perfect, they know how to detail a car. Their service department is also good if you like a Toyota for a loaner. I took it in for a software update, the BMW assist wasnt transmitting data. So far they deserve 5's all the way. They are moving the Lexus dealership to the other side of RT. 17 and are expanding.

As a dealer, I would definitely give Prestige high ratings. I just had the misfortune of having a salesperson who did not pay attention to details.
In reponse to E90AW, if you read the entire thread you will see that he messed up on several issues, that were all covered by other people at the dealership. This is why I gave the dealer all 5's, but the salesperson got a 3. I didn't get pissed, but I also didn't think that the salesperson deserved higher ratings simply because he "asked for 5's". Service-wise, the dealer bent over backwards to rectify the situation. They sent someone over to my home to pick up the car, complete the items that the salesperson forgot (keep in mind, the salesperson charged me for items that weren't even installed on my car), and brought the car back. I haven't had the need for a loaner car yet, but they assured me that I would get a BMW. I hope they don't start giving me Toyota's like one other person mentioned.

Prestige was my frist chice for a BMW. But I'm sorry I do not share the same opinion. I try to get a test drive severat times, but it was like pulling teeth. They treat people like they did not have money $$$. I when there in jeans and they didnot treatme seriously I went with a suit and they neglected me. I did an appointment for a test drive and the salesman I was dealing with was not prepare at all. He didn't even remembered he had an apointment with me that afternoon. The receptionist was cold and not very friendly the day I went. I ended buying from Denville BMW the same day. I was treated like they knew that I was about to spent $45K. I would give prestige 3.5 stars and the staf 1.5, and that's alot.

At the time I ordered my car(within a month of the E90 release), $1500 off MSRP was considered an excellent deal. I got that price with very little negotiating at Prestige.
Since that time, I have gone to visit Difeo BMW for a test drive of a 5 series (for my wife). The sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, but I was just looking at the time and didn't really get into pricing. After doing a search on this forum I didn't see too much information about them. For my next purchase, I will either find a different salesperson from Prestige or try out Difeo.

He was constantly flipping through the brochure to answer even the most basic questions about the car. The other thing that really turned me off from this dealer was the Park Avenue BMW loaner cars I would see driving around (the Ford Focus, with thier advertising in large letters on the side of the car). I will be taking my car to Prestige next week for some work on iDrive (looks like I may need that software update). I also noticed on thier service website that they provide loaners to anyone with a service appointment. They claim that they don't care whether you bought your car there or not. Thier exact words were "we don't discriminate". This is the way things should be, and also why I have been VERY impressed with thier service department. In fact, the only reason my appointment was scheduled a week from now was purely based on my own schedule (they were originally offering to start work on the car within 2 days of me making the call).

This guy knew I wanted that car and I didnt hide it. I told him to give me a rough idea on lease for a 330i with the sport package, what do I hear from this guy for the rest of the time I dealt with him: 325i. Every time I tried to get a better deal out of him he says 325, this guy knew I wanted a 330 and kept trying to put me into a 325, maybe he thought I couldnt afford it, I dont know. After a while I got tired of it and called Prestige, I didnt here 325 once, that was enough for me and the salesman was a good guy. I really tried to give the guy at Park Ave a chance, I must have gone there 5 times.

I spoke with Kevin on the phone about 2 months back (when I had my car on order) got his info from DTDREW--though I didnt buy my car from him (im in atlanta) I was treated with respect from Kevin, he was sincere, and was willing to help me with me being all the way in Atlanta. I have a 2 yr lease on my current car, because I want the 328/335 when im done with this, Kevin, if you are still there, you are definately who im coming back to.

I got my 325i from Open Road. I give great ups to the dealership! However, the salesman was aloof and did not pay attention to details. He never returns calls. The service department is great (as my friend from high school works there). Anyone else want to share their experience?

Maybe for Domestic, but not for ED from what I've heard.
