Leatherette care products?

Can anyone recommend me something that they use to keep the leatherette in your car looking like new. Being stationed in Germany doesn't give me alot of options unless I want to go spend some Euros in the economy and Armor All is the last thing I want to use.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I have *not* used this, but Lexol makes a vinyl cleaner/protectant called Vinylex that I've heard positive reviews about:

I've used 303 aerospace protectant and its been good so far.
