Help: need help with dropping my '09 135i
After 5 years and paid off, I finally got a set of new wheels and tires (front 18x8.5 ET40 rear 18x9.5 ET45). I'm planning on buying a set of KW Coilovers. My question is, what would I need to do so that my tires don't rub? Would I need to roll my fenders or can I just get spacers? I'm open to all suggestions and please state the reason why. Thank you!

To not rub you can figure out a combination of wheel/tire size, add negative camber, roll/pull your fenders, or raise the height of your suspension(which you're doing the opposite). What are the specs on your tires? Looking at that stretch I don't think you'll rub if you lower, IMO. |
