Ok guys... I'll see you all at the Courtyard Hotel tomorrow evening or at the BMW Factory at 8am Monday morning. I'm bringing some BMW goodies I picked up at Essen Motor show for you guys.


We will be around ten or twelve people for our factory tour(max is 30 ppl). SO... if anyone is on the fence about coming... just show up and I'll get you in on the tour!

If anyone is going down on Monday morning for the tour and is able to swing by and pick me up then count me in, otherwise I'm out cause I have too much stuff to do this afternoon/evening.

Annnnnndddd like always. Due to work, I will be missing this one as well. Was going to leave early, but just got the call that I have to be the Range NCOIC for our Range tomorrow cause someone else has quarters. Douchers. I have the 22nd through the 1st off though if anyone wants to plan something then.

Our tour of BMW Regensburg was really cool. We got to see how they made the new 1er hatch(F20) two door and four door, the new 3er sedan (F30), and the Z4. We even got to see the bare metal chassis of the new 3er coupe (4 series) and I spotted the F32 (2door)door in their quality control station.

Best part of the tour was the "wedding" where they mated up the drivetrain with the semi finished chassis.

Afterwards we went to the factory run BMW dealership on the factroy grounds and shopped for some BMW goodies with our discount coupons we got on our tour.

All in all it was a nice trip. I'm looking forward to the "next" 1Addicts event.

Here are a couple of the pics I took at the Klassikstadt GmbH. Place was pretty epic. But I didn't stay all too long, seemed like they were having an event with all purple felt coats or something crazy.
