Questions about Dyno results, and SSTT apperantly in my car??? With Pictures and Vid!

I had BMS DCI, $2 Mod, and Flash tune. HP:315 Torque:387.
Not sure if you can tell but note the Flat Lines as it goes up. Also, it peaked at 4.1K??? What gear y'all usually use? I think they went on 3rd?

Note the Hissing noise at 18 seconds

I had noticed some odd spooling when on WOT on the freeway. I just dismissed it as "engine getting used to tune". It kind of does this odd sputter like the turbo spools and stops for a split second and spools. Refer to Dyno sheet and video above.(New to modding

Yesterday when I had my Catless Dps and BMS Charge Pipe Installed (

) my Mechanic let me know I have a SSTT installed. I bought this 100% stock. Apparently it wasn't. He's worked in it a few times but since it's real hidden, during Charge Pipe Install it was discovered. I didn't even notice it when I removed the stock box and installed the BMS DCI

My question is: Would a Tune on top of SSTT cause this?
Another thing, installed Catless Dps without the Fix but have not gotten a check engine light yet. No JB4 yet so nothing has been so no codes have been cleared. This due to SSTT?

Yes get rid of the sstt if you already have a JB4. They may be conflicting and making the jb4 see altered readings.

No JB4 yet but will have in near future. I'm just wondering if It's just as easy as taking it off and clipping it back together. Not sure if there is something that goes where the SSTT is. That make sense?

Guide on their site is very minimal: Look here, put it there, done.

MUCH better now that it's gone. No more hissing noise. Feels smooth from 2.5K to redline
