Video comparison of LUX H8 Angel Eyes

Here is a video I just created that shows the difference between the LUX H8 angel eyes compared to stock. I used a fixed exposure for the camera so that you can get a better idea of the difference in brightness.

Install was straightforward due to the many helpful posts on this forum!

Lights look good. Chrome grills look excellent on BSM!

I just took another video that shows the lights on outside. The sun was fairly low and directly off to the passenger side of the car. They still look good even in the daylight

I shot another video with the sun coming directly from the front of the car. In this situation it is hard to even tell the lights are on. To be fair though I also turned the headlights on and with the sun in this position I could barely see them either.

how do you have the resistors mounted because mine caused a failed leveler in the xenon headlamp.

Can you post a pic how you installed?

Welcome to the Bay Area 1M network, and I am glad to see another BSM in the area. We had a social gather at Alekshop yesterday with one of each color represented, and Aleks installed my LUX Angel Eyes.

I don't have a picture, but I found a simple diagram from another install thread on this forum. I installed the resistor on the inside of the headlamp cover, in the flat position as far to the outside of the car as possible. I stuck the box to the inside cover using a piece of velcro and have not had any issues at all.
