Does anyone know if the panels/bumpers have the serial no stamped/labeled on them like older cars?

I am in the San Francisco Bay Area. Selling the bumper and diffuser. Note that the price I have listed is for the bumper only

$150 is for the bumper only, but I am also selling the diffuser (note: it has a 2 inch crack from the impact)
