Meyle HD Tie Rod Ends E8x/9x 1 and 3 series
Meyle is well known for their quality and with this kit you will double the life in comparison to stock replacements.
The main goal is to reduce if not eliminate steering slop and increase turn in that has been lost by the degredation of tie rods over time. HD for longer life, especially when running wider wheels and tires, which can put a lot more stress on the oem tie rods and other suspension components. That is easy, M cars have a very different rack and pinion, although the tie rod ends are shared, the inner sockets are not. M complete tie rod assemblies will not work on non-M.

Thank you,
How often (in mileage) would you recommend the Tie Rod Ends to be changed? What are symptoms of failing ends that is noticeable in daily driving, not track? I ask because my car is now out of warranty.

Only when they are worn out. Cars with larger wheels and tires tend to wear out the tie rods quicker and the same with cars traveling on bad roads.
