i did my own research... upping to 19's actually took away .25 lbs away per front wheel/tire. it helps Ronsil lose .95 lbs on each rear tire.

over 2 pounds total lost to unsprung weight with dunlops.

If one goes with Hankook Venus S1s they could lose 10 pounds all while increasing their wheel size!

Wow. Thanks. I didn't even weight my new set but now I know I actually saved weight with my new set of 19".

Definately looks the berries doesn't it:thumbup:

Looked on the EAS site and was a little confusing. Couldn't find a wheel in the offsets you got so wasn't sure of price.
What $$ did you pay for the wheels?

I would have to say that the ride is the same as before, if not a little softer.

You should be able to find my setup there under 19" Wheels, maybe you were looking at the Tire and Wheel pkg. Click here: http://www.europeanautosource.com/pr...roducts_id=869 . I only purchased the wheels from EAS because their package cost more than picking up a set from Tirerack, On top of that, I just couldn't wait any longer for them to get the tires. :w00t:

18s will not affect TPMS, the system simply transmits tire pressure to the receiver.

just make sure you watch your ass bro, because larger wheels can lead to the speedo showing slower speeds.

Thankfully BMW is known to have their speedometers set to faster than your actually going.

Who knows, you may actually have accurate speed readings now!
