It's darker than Titanium Silver (almost pewter-like), and is also "flatter" than SGM in that it doesn't change hues in different lighting as much as Sparkling Graphite.
Ah, yeah my current car is Silver Grey, which is a pretty nice color I think. I was given a Sparkling Graphite 530i as a dealer loaner recently and was kinda "meh" on the color.
