Just had someone pull up in a civic si and tell me that the 135 isnt a real car... her civic is. And that her vtech would smash my fake turbos any day lmao

"Ur cars not even standard, thats not a real car"

I told her its DCT lol she gave me a confused look lolol

"Its a 1 series... everyone knows how slow they are"

I just laughed and said you need to google some specs before you talk

Had a guy in a V6 Mustang tell me how I drive a girls car. My grandfather (who has a foxbody 5.0 and a 1968 Cougar) looked at his car and said, "That's the V6 version.. my wife drives that one".

He then told me to smoke him from the light. Get out on him by about 6 cars.. at the next light his windows are up and he wont even look over at us.

I don't know what you're worried about. Our cars can handle Civic Si's all day. One of my good friends had an '09 coupe, now '13 sedan. Neither came close and I'd consider him a good driver.

Ignore the ladies car comment - statistically it is. Just roll with it and understand when a cute blonde in her early 20's says she has a BMW, statistically, you can say you have the same one too. Boom, conversation started.

But about the girl in the Civic; a 135i is light years beyond an Si. A Civic can accelerate while a 135i launches into warp drive - just a different game altogether. I bet she was trolling you lol.

Nevermind, don't feel like wasting brain cells. I wish I was in that situation, I would be showing her my fake tallights before she made it thru the intersection.

If she was referring to the 128i that would be a much closer race. They are within .5 sec of each other in both 0-60 and 1/4 mile times with manual transmission. That would be a driver's race IMHO.

I was at a redlight one night, when a older couple rolled up to my left in a 90's Mustang GT. The wife looked over at me and said "Thats a cute car", and I replied "Yeah pretty quick too". She then decided to look at her husband and have a good laugh.

Light turned I spun through 1st, and 2nd gear and stopped at the next red light. The driver looked at me and said "Oh! I like that!" then rolled up the windows lol.
