Water in Rear Driver Side Footwell
Today, I found some water covering the carpet in that location. I felt a hole underneath the vent and it felt like it was full of water. Where is this water coming from? How can I make sure that the Drains on my vehicle are clear? Does anyone have info on the drainage locations or a diagram that can show this? Thank you in Advance!

More likely a leak in your door liner. When you open the door after a rain is there water on the bottom door seal on the sill? If so, your door liner needs to be resealed. Remove the inner door panel and gently pull the black foam liner around the edges to see where it's not bonded to the door frame.

Since it is on the driver side i'd check the trunk where the Vent flap it. They have a tendency to leak and ruin the electronics in other BMW's.
You could also get in the car and have a friend spray the various joints outside to look for a leak.
