Weird/dumb question.
Should I be able to break the rear loose with JB4, Intake and exhaust on an N55?
I mean I floor it from a dead stop with traction control completely off and I cannot get the rears to spin at all. From what I've read, everyone seems to have an issue with NOT lighting the rears up on launches. Would a LSD do something like this? The previous owner did have a couple suspension mods on the car from what I can tell(Camber plates & Strut brace). Tires are stock sizes, Bridgestone POTENZA RE050A RFT. Again, sorry for the weird/dumb question. I just feel like this is not the norm from what I've read.

Don't know much about JB4 (just what I've read here) or what map you were in, but I've been able to light up the tires once or twice with just PPK and traction control completely off. Haven't tried it with my Dinan tune, and probably won't do it anymore to save the tires.

Yes, especially on stock runflats. I repeatedly lit up the tires when I was bone stock power levels to burn up the runflats. OK, maybe it was to have fun too. I digress!
With JB4 map 1 you should be able to totally break loose in 1st if you mash it like an orangutan. What I can say, is that if the car has substantial rear suspension work (dampers, higher rate springs, bushings, arms, diff lockdown brace), it may not feel as if the tires are spinning until it totally lets go. My suggestion? Log your car from a dead stop and lets see if you're hitting boost targets.
