Can you still by a new 130 from BMW

Still trying to get rid of my 130 but still can't find a worthy replacement LOL

Just did a few thousand km over Christmas holidays and didn't mis a beat, even the 45c days didn't bother it.

Am I right that BMW Aust is no longer offering the 130 and the best they will offer in a 5 door is now the 123d?

Yes, that's right no more 130i at all. Hence why I went second hand for mine. After I test drove one waiting for delivery, I just couldn't settle for a 123d. Love this car so
much now, not even funny!

I believe there are still a couple in stock around the traps - BMW Southbank had an awesome looking white one with really nice wheels on it sitting in the window until about 3 days ago.

I know these may not be as worthy as the 130i but i would consider:

• Audi S3?
• Ford XR5?
• new Megane RS (to arrive this year)
• Golf R?
• Or my fav! the C63!

Funnily enough. i too was considering the R36..
Ended up buying a Q5 instead!

Q5 is interesting seeing as I need to get two mountain bikes around but don't know if I can go the 4WD route.

Extended my lease for the 130 last year and don't think I am up to doing it again and really fell the need to move on, but as the 130 is such a great car (value for money) I cant seem to put my finger on a replacement.

Too old, needs to be a new car.

Keep looking at Holdens but they lack something that doesn't get me too excited, not even the HSV's.

R36 is still of some interest but when ever I go into a dealer you seem to have to wait for ever to get a sales person to speak with you and after waiting all that time I am not patient with the sales person and hence don't get good responses LOL.

I wish they did a 135 5 Door and I would be set LOL
