I have BT wireless to my android. Cost was $15 for the BT and $5 for the software. For whatever reason, oil temp/pressure are not available thru OBDII on our cars as far as I can tell. But a lot of things are.

What module are you using?
How did it turn out with your SSK?
I actually ordered two different random ones - they all look similar and come in similar packaging. They were cheep enough I ordered 2 in case one didn't work.

This is the one I have in the car now.

I use both an android tablet and a phone - both Samsung Galaxy.

how far does that stick out of your OBD2 port?

The gauge is actually pretty cool. I would not give that kind of money on it again. I would watch on the forums and snatch it up from another seller.

I don't think just getting the gauge at 409 and putting it yourself in your AC vent is worth it. I really think it should be more around the 100-150 dollar range. It is just a reader.

However the throttle options is really cool. I keep it on that all the time. Keeps me more gas minded

Glad you solution is working out too. Definitely another way to go.

Thank you... The car is almost finished. Which soon after I will take some really nice photos and publish some picture here.

There was a seller on the forums that was selling that gauge with some extras for 375 shipped. That is much more reasonable. He was going to sell it to me but I got impatient and the rest is history.

But you are more than welcome. Pass on the word that it does work for our cars too if you want a bit of extra bling.
